1. The service
HeyGym provides gym listings, member reviews, enquiries and trial requests. Prices, timings and availability shown on gym pages are provided by the gyms and may change — always confirm with the gym before paying.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate details, keep your password secret, and be at least 18 (or use the service with a guardian). One account per person; we may throttle or block accounts that abuse enquiries, trials or reviews.
3. Enquiries, trials and consent
Submitting an enquiry or trial request means you consent to that gym contacting you using the details you entered. No-show or spam behaviour may limit future requests.
4. Reviews and content rules
Reviews must be your own genuine experience: no spam, fake reviews, abuse, or personal data of others. We may hide or remove violating content. Reviews you post remain visible under “Deleted user” even after account deletion.
5. Gym owners
Listings must be accurate and lawful; verification documents are checked before the verified badge is granted. We may suspend misleading listings.
6. Liability and changes
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes between members and gyms. We may update these terms; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. Questions: support@example.com.
